PO-LAD BEACH BISTRO & BAR Dining seaside at Po-lad Beach Bistro for Lunch or Dinner is a casual affair with a large array of cuisine options. Lunch ranges from share platters, salads and a multitude of burgers, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, pastas and Thai dishes. Dinner takes you in a different direction of flavors and style from home style comfort foods to western Asian fusion. Our Po-lad menu has been lovingly designed to offer diversity and culinary variety whilst providing food for the soul. Po-lad is open from 11am and serves full menu’s through to 10.30pm and a light supper menu from 10.30pm to midnight.
CHEF CHOM’S THAI RESTAURANT Chef Chom’s was named after Chef Piengchom Dhadahbanand who was previously a Chef in the Thai Royal household and has trained over 500 chefs and cooks her illustrious career. After many years at The Tongsai Bay she has handed the skills of traditional Thai cuisine down to our current Chef Chom’s kitchen brigade lead by Sous Chef, Chef Nancy. Geographically, Thais generally divide Thailand into four distinct regions: North (Nua), North Eastern (Issarn), Central (Klang) and the South (Dtai). The diversity of climate and topography from the temperate North to the tropical South is vast and therefore the abundance of different produce drives distinct styles and flavors from each region. The focus of Chef Chom’s is to provide traditional Thai cuisine that is authentic to the region in which it originated whilst using the highest quality of ingredients, presented in an eclectic style that draws on different flavors throughout the whole of Thailand.
THE BUTLERS Always one to innovate and never imitate, The Tongsai Bay is adding a new dining experience to compliment the relaxed vibe of the Po Lad Beach Bistro & Bar and the delicious and authentic Thai cuisine available each evening at Chef Chom’s Thai Restaurant. The Butler’s is an intimate dining experience. Guests can tantalise their taste-buds with a selection of Pan-Asian and Mediterranean inspired dishes, expertly prepared by Michelin trained, Chef Eak. A selection of carefully selected wines compliments each dish. Guest can enjoy an extensive set menu. Delicious dishes include a selection of hot and cold starters including seared Hokkaido scallops or beef carpaccio with fermented chilies. Main courses include pan fried cod and Australian lamb rack. European cheeses and delectable desserts conclude the culinary delights. The menu changes weekly and the above is just an example of the gourmet dishes available at The Butler’s. The Butler’s is open every Wednesday and Friday evening from19:00 and offers guests an informal, yet cosy and memorable dining experience. The Butler’s caters for adults, although older children are welcome. The small, yet perfectly formed restaurant caters for just 20 guests per evening, therefore, advance booking is advisable.

Our Events team needs the smallest of your time and assistance to work with you on your preferred date, time and your selection from our specially crafted private dining menus. Lastly your pick of location from a corner of our beach to the balcony of your Villa or Cottage or our Thai gazebo’s overlooking the bay is required.
